How do I edit my order?

How do I find a specific item?

If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search our online store by product category under the shop menu. Once you have selected your desired category you can filter the listings further using the options on the left of the page. Throughout the site there is also a search function in the top right-hand corner, which can be used to look for products using the product names, if you know it.

Do you have International shipping?

What do I do if my size is unavailable?

If the size in your chosen style is unavailable, it may be under pre order and the same will be delivered to you within the given timeline mentioned under the product description. In case the product is not under pre order please get in touch with our customer care team.

What is the Return / Exchange policy?

"In case the product does not fit you/or you donā€™t like it, you can ship it to us within 7 days of the delivery and we can either send a size that fits you or give you a credit note for the same amount.

After receiving the product, we do a thorough quality check and then initiate the process for exchanging the item. As soon as your order is picked up, your account will reflect the store credit within 24 hours. You can choose to avail this store credit or wait for 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Your store credit voucher is valid for 6 months from the date issued.
