Exchange / Return Form
We want you to absolutely love what you ordered! But in case it doesn’t work out, here’s how we can help:
Things to Know Before You Raise a Request
• Returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed.
• We currently only offer store credit for returns — no bank refunds.
• If your parcel shows ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours. We will be unable to investigate courier issues after that window.
• One-time exchange is allowed per order.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for courier-related delays, but we’ll do our best to ensure timely delivery.
• Nur reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
• If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately with:
o Clear photos of the defect
o The outer courier packaging
o Box tags and the dust bag
• Products must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact, to be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Options
We offer two return methods:
• Self-ship the product to our address (we'll share it over email), or
• Request a reverse pickup (a small shipping fee will apply)
Steps for Size Exchange
To request a size exchange, please email theactofnur@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include the following:
• Your original order number
• The size you want to exchange to
• Your full name and contact number
• Subject line format: EXCHANGE – Your Name – Order Number
In your email, also mention:
• Whether you’d prefer to self-ship (we’ll share the return address), or
• If you'd like us to arrange a reverse pickup (shipping fee will be chargeable)
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, your new size will be shipped at no additional courier cost.
Please Note:
• Only one-time exchange is allowed per product
• The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact
Steps for Return/Exchange

Include:
• Your original order number
• The reason for return
• Subject line format: RETURN – Your Name – Order Number
Once your return is confirmed via email, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.
In your email, please also mention:
• Whether you’d prefer to self-ship the item (we’ll share the address), or
• If you'd like us to arrange a reverse pickup (shipping fee will apply)
• Reverse pickups typically take 9–12 working days to reach our warehouse
Returned products must be:
• In unused condition
• With original packaging, tags, and dust bag intact
After we receive and approve the returned product via quality check, you will be issued store credit (no bank refunds).
If you wish to exchange for a different style, you can use the issued store credit to place a new order of your choice.
Steps for Using Store Credit
We do not offer bank refunds for returns. Instead, you’ll receive store credit that can be used for future purchases.
Here’s how it works:
• Once your return is processed and approved, store credit will be sent to your registered email via an automated message.
• If you don’t see the email, please check your Promotions or Spam folders.
• The email will contain a unique code, which represents the credited amount (excluding any shipping charges, if applicable).
• To redeem, simply apply the code at checkout on your next purchase.
• If you don’t use the full amount in one go, the remaining balance stays active and can be used on your next order using the same code.
• Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue.
To help us resolve the matter efficiently, please share:
• Clear photos of the defect
• The outer courier pouch
• The original wrapping, including the protective sleeve the product came in
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue accordingly.
If you wish to exchange a faulty item, please note:
• We can only replace it with the same product, or
• Issue store credit if a replacement is not available
