We want you to absolutely love your Nur pair 💛 But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and dust bags intact
• We offer free exchanges and returns on orders above ₹2,000
• For orders below ₹2,000, exchanges are available for a nominal fee of ₹180/-
• Returns are processed as store credit only (we do not offer bank refunds)
• Only one exchange request is allowed per order
Exchange Options
You can exchange your order for:
• A different size of the same style
• Another style of your choice
If your new selection is priced higher, you’ll simply need to pay the difference.
How to Request an Exchange or Return?

You can either:
• Self-ship the product to us (we’ll share the address), or
• Request a reverse pickup (subject to service availability, shipping charges may apply)
Once we receive your product, please allow 3–5 business days for quality checks and processing.
Store Credit
For returns, we issue store credit only.
• Store credit will be sent to your registered email
• You can use it on any future purchase
• Any unused balance remains available for later use
• Store credit is valid for 6 months
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders Store Credit
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Outer courier packaging photos
• Product packaging images
We’ll review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Things to Keep in Mind
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Products purchased during sale periods or special promotions may not be eligible for returns/exchanges unless stated otherwise
• We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order, as fit preferences may vary
• Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen settings do not qualify as defects
• If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours
• Nur reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
