Shipping Policy

At NUR, we put in a lot of love and care into every order we send out.

We offer shipping to most locations across India. If the product is in stock, we usually dispatch it within one business day. If the product is made-to-order or not readily available, please allow us 5 to 9 working days to dispatch your order. 

Shipping timelines can vary between 2 to 7 days, depending on your pincode and courier service. Please note that shipping timelines are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you on your WhatsApp number or email ID.

A small fee is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if your pincode is serviceable. If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, we will be unable to offer COD services to you for future orders.
