Return Policy

At NUR, we hope you love what you receive!
However, if you’d like to return your footwear, we’re happy to offer you store credit that you can use toward your next purchase with us.

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The footwear must be unused and returned with the original box, tags, and packaging.
• Returns are chargeable for Rs. 150.
• If your order was COD, the COD fee (if applicable) will also be deducted.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately be rejected.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days.
Store credit will be issued after we receive your returned product and it passes our quality check.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We currently do not offer monetary refunds; store credit will be issued against approved returns.
