At NUR, we want you to be completely happy with your footwear! If you need a different size or color, we’re here to help.
You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:    
The product must be unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and serviceability to your location.

If the product is not in stock, we will issue store credit for the same value.

Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality check, we’ll dispatch your exchange.

What if your location is not serviceable for a pickup?
We offer reverse pickup only to locations that our courier partners can service.    
If your location isn’t covered for reverse pickup, we kindly ask that you self-ship the product back to us.
You’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, and once we receive the product, we’ll ship the exchanged item free of charge.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • We currently do not support exchanges for a different style or product. Exchanges are only available for a different size or color of the same product.
    If you wish to choose a different product, we will issue a store credit after a quality check, which you can use for your next purchase with us..
  • If the product doesn’t meet our eligibility criteria, we may not be able to process the exchange.
